Family farms serve as the backbone of the local economies and communities in Indiana’s 8th district.
 
While Hoosier farmers continue to produce safe, healthy food with greater efficiency than ever before, running a family farm and farming in general is not getting any easier.
 
It is vital that we address the regulatory burdens that restrict our producers and equip American farmers with the tools they need to continue feeding and fueling our nation.
 
In my role on the House Committee on Agriculture, it will be my top priority to ensure that Congress enacts policies that prioritize the American farmer, invest in our rural communities, and bolster the stability of our food system.
