Messmer Joins Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins on Hoosier Farm Tour

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Mark Messmer (R-IN) joined Indiana congressional delegation members, Indiana state officials, and Hoosier agriculture leaders in hosting the Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins, for a farm tour in Indiana.

“Indiana leads the nation in agricultural production and innovation,” said Rep. Messmer. “It is an honor to host the Secretary in the Hoosier state, and I look forward to a continued fruitful partnership with the Trump Administration as we work together supporting the needs of family farmers.”

The event highlighted Indiana’s important contributions to America’s agricultural strength around the world, as well as the needs of Hoosier family farmers in Indiana’s 8th Congressional District, and priorities for the upcoming Farm Bill.
